Business/legal decision required: Insert the contracting legal entity, governing law, dispute forum, cancellation/refund rules, warranty position, and any liability cap before taking production orders.
Estimates and acceptance
Automatic estimates depend on the uploaded geometry and selected options. The server re-measures every file. A model that is open, suspicious, oversized, malformed, or otherwise unsafe to price is routed to manual review rather than automatic checkout.
A submitted cash-on-delivery order remains pending confirmation until contact details are confirmed. Transfer orders remain awaiting payment until the operator verifies receipt. A submission is not a promise that production has started.
Files and print results
You are responsible for scale, tolerances, intended use, and confirming that you have the rights and permissions described in the content policy. Additive manufacturing can produce visible layers, support marks, dimensional variation, and material-specific differences. Any binding tolerance or finish promise must appear in an individually confirmed order.
Payment and delivery
Available offline payment methods vary by market and are shown at checkout. Prices use integer minor currency units and the market minimum is applied once to the order. Delivery and production times shown by the estimator are estimates and must be operationally confirmed; the site does not make an unverified nationwide-delivery guarantee.
Changes and cancellation
Do not rely on a cancellation, return, reprint, or refund right until the operator publishes the approved policy in place of the placeholder above. Contact support promptly if an order is wrong or no longer required.
