What the application collects
When you request a quote or place an order, the application collects the contact and delivery information you enter, your selected market and payment method, order history, and the 3D model files you upload.
Your model is measured in your browser for the first estimate. It also uploads immediately to private object storage so the server can independently verify geometry and price before accepting checkout. The file is not kept exclusively on your device.
Why it is used
- to calculate and verify estimates;
- to fulfil, support, and audit orders;
- to prevent duplicate or abusive requests; and
- to send transactional messages requested by the order flow.
Storage, access, and retention
Uploaded files use private storage and short-lived signed download links. Customer and operational tables are server-only and protected with row-level security and revoked public database grants.
Abandoned uploads are deleted after the configured abandoned-upload period. Completed-order and failed-order file deletion does not run until the operator explicitly configures those separate periods. Order and audit metadata may be retained longer where operational or legal records require it.
Service providers and transfers
The application may use hosting, database, object-storage, email-delivery, anti-abuse, and error-monitoring providers configured by the operator. Their production locations and contractual safeguards must be reviewed before launch.
Your choices
You may ask for access, correction, or deletion. A request can be limited by records that must be retained for disputes, accounting, fraud prevention, or another applicable legal obligation. Identity may need to be verified before disclosing order details.
