Your rights to the model
Upload only a model you created or are authorised to reproduce. Submitting a file represents that printing and delivering it will not infringe copyright, design, trademark, patent, confidentiality, privacy, or other rights.
Prohibited requests
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or dangerous content, or content whose manufacture or possession requires an approval you do not have. The operator may pause a model for manual review and may refuse it where production would violate law, partner safety rules, or this policy.
Limited processing permission
You retain ownership of your file. You permit the application and authorised fulfilment providers to store, analyse, repair where agreed, reproduce, and transmit the file only as needed to quote, manufacture, deliver, support, secure, and audit the requested order.
Rights complaints
A complaint should identify the protected work or right, the relevant model or order, the complainant’s authority, contact details, and a good-faith explanation. Order details are not disclosed to a complainant without a lawful basis.
